Parma Ham and Asparagus Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
  • 6 slices Parma ham/ prosciutto
  • 12 Asparagus spears
  • 100 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and cut it into 6 even squares. Top the center of each square with a slice of ham, 2 asparagus spears and some grated cheese.
  • Fold over 2 of the edges to create a parcel.
  • Brush with egg. Line the air fryer with baking paper and cook 3 tarts at a time at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy as a starter or a main course with a side salad.
