Unroll the pastry and cut out 4 rounds the size of the jaffle iron.

Grease the jaffle iron and place a pastry round into the jaffle iron, top with mozzarella, slices of tomato and some red onion. Season with salt and pepper and cover with a pastry round.

Cook over hot coals or a gas flame for 5 minutes on each side. Remove and serve with chutney.
